With more than 30 years of exposure to the corporate sector, he adds invaluable experience and knowledge to the firm. He guides clients across sectors and works closely with the team to structure bespoke solutions based on situations. He has unmatched experience in the field of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Settlement.
CS P.K.Krishnamurthy is an empanelled member of the Auditing Standards Board of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi. Further, he is also an imminent part of the Cochin Chapter of the ICSI. He was chairman of the chapter from 1998 to 2002 and Vice Chairman in 1997. Prior to his current role, he worked as Executive Director and Secretary for Phosphorous and Chemicals Travancore Limited executing all functions of Chief Executive Officer of the Company with responsibilities of Purchase, Marketing, Finance, Costing,Administration, Insurance, and overall Factory Operations.

CS B. Venkateswaran, Senior Partner at JKM Associates, offers unmatched professionalism and valuable guidance to the team, backed by close to three decades of hands on experience in this field. He started his journey as a CS in 1992 and went on to be a Fellow Member of the ICSI in the year 2014. He worked with several leading firms such as M/s Sundaram Motors, Chennai, M/s MCS Limited (Vice President- Operations), New Delhi and M/s CAMS. Over the years he dealt with several areas including but not limited to Complainces with the Factories Act, PF Act, ESI Act and other labour laws. He gained experience in working with Non- Banking Finance activities and Complainces under the RBI Act. He has guided organisations with their IPOs and has experience dealing with compliance related matters of listed companies. Further, he has worked with clients in a multitude of sectors including the Manufacturing Sector, the Service Sector, the Real Estate Sector and the Construction Sector and is currently advising close to 250 clients on corporate matters and FEMA related Compliances

CS Amal A Azeez is a graduate of commerce and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has also completed the Certified Management Accountant Course conducted by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), United States of America. She started her career as a management trainee at BVR & Associates, Company Secretaries, Cochin and then worked at Directus Consultants Private Limited, Cochin as a consultant post the training period. She has expertise in areas of conducting secretarial audits, due diligence, company law compliances, advisory services to start-ups and MSME sector, project planning, Corporate restructuring and other Compliance matters.
She also worked as a Communication Trainer with the Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP) which is a Govt. of Kerala initiative. She has trained more than 200 students as a part of the ASAP mission. She is currently a partner of JKM associates, Cochin.

CS Sujith.K.Ravindranath is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in Commerce. Prior to setting up his own practice, he worked with reputed companies like FocuzCorporation Private Limited, Cochin and Directus Consultants Private Limited, Cochin. He is currently a Partner at JKM Associates, Cochin.

CS Sasikanth Bhat, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Graduate in Commerce. He iscurrently aPartner of JKM Associates, Cochin. He has worked with a wide client base and is proficient in dealing with Corporate Secretarial, Legal and other Regulatory issues of business establishments of all levels.
